What we collect
Contact details: name, email address, phone number and social media handle.
Campaign entries: photos, videos, text or other creative content you submit, plus any details you include in them.
Preferences: your marketing choices and how you heard about us.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and how you use our campaign pages (via cookies).
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Please don't include other people in your entry without their permission.
Sharing and keeping your data
We share data only with trusted suppliers who help run the campaign. They act on our instructions and must keep your data secure.
If any supplier processes data outside the UK, we use safeguards approved under UK law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
We keep campaign data for 12 months after the campaign ends, and marketing data until you unsubscribe. Entries you've agreed we can publish may stay on our channels until you ask us to remove them.

Our campaign pages use essential cookies to work, and analytics or advertising cookies only if you agree via our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. We will respond within one month.
